APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR: FEBRUARY 1st, 2024

We are sTILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR ALL GRADES FOR THE 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR

We can’t wait to meet you!

Applying is a two-step process:

1) Student applies for admission based on the application requirements listed below.

2) Family applies for Family Individualized Tuition through Blackbaud Financial Aid. The FIT process starts with completing a separate, 3rd party application and is best completed in tandem with your admissions application process.

Here’s everything you’ll need:

  • Please note that children enrolling in Kindergarten must have turned 5 prior to June 1st.

    • Early Childhood Application

    • Teacher Recommendation (if available)

    • Learning Support: Neuropsych Evaluation/Occupational Therapy/IEP/Other

    Once we have a complete Admission File, our Admissions Team will contact you to set up an Enrollment Conversation where parents and the Lower School Chair review the Waldorf curriculum and discuss any questions. After the Enrollment Conversation, an admission decision is determined.

  • Please note that children enrolling in 1st grade must have turned 6 prior to June 1st. For students with summer birthdays that are entering grades 2 and up, grade level placement will be discussed with each family.

    • Principal/Head of School/Other Recommendation Form

    • Academic Records (3 years if available)

    • Learning Support: IEP and/or 504 Plan

    • Learning Support: Neuropsych Evaluation/Occupational Therapy/Other

    Once we have a complete Admission File, our Admissions Team will contact you to set up an Enrollment Conversation where the student, parent(s) and teacher will discuss our Waldorf curriculum and review any questions. Prospective students may also also be asked to participate in a Movement Observation with our Learning Support teacher. After the Enrollment Conversation, an admission decision is determined.

Students then participate in a 2-day class visit after which an admission decision is determined.
