The Chicago Waldorf School is, first and foremost, a community.

The Community Fund supports the day-to-day operational expenses not covered by tuition. From their undyed organic wool to their lab-quality chemistry supplies to their professional-grade theater equipment, everything our students touch has been brought to them, in part, by the Community Fund.

what do you give to?

Each day, we strive to cultivate creative, curious students with a strong sense of themselves and of their place in the world. We see our students engage their sense of wonder, share their feelings of compassion, grow their self-reliance, overcome their personal challenges, and fill the halls of this school with joy, love, and light every single day. We know that they bring these qualities out into the world, as well. We couldn't be more proud of this community and we hope you share that pride.

This year, when we asked community members of all types what it is they give to when they give to the Chicago Waldorf School, the variety of responses we received was truly inspiring. Together, these words create a vast and vivid picture of what this school means to all of us. Whether it's joy, determination, play, imagination, creativity, equity, or wonder, when you give to the Chicago Waldorf School, you are giving to all of these myriad things at once.
