As has always been the case at the Chicago Waldorf School, we will work with the Illinois High School Association to ensure our transgender students participate in our athletics program in a way that affirms and celebrates their gender. We believe firmly that validating people in their gender identity is vital to the thriving not only of those individuals, but of the school community as a whole.
