application process

Please fill out this application by Monday, March 30th, 2026. The fair will be juried, meaning your application does not guarantee placement. We will respond to all applications by Friday, April 10th. Each accepted application will receive a confirmation and a placement assignment and vendor number. Payment is due by Friday, April 17th. Set-up information will be provided to accepted vendors.
