application process

Please fill out this application by Monday, March 9th, 2026. The fair will be juried, meaning your application does not guarantee placement. We will respond to all applications by Friday, March 14th. Each accepted application will receive a confirmation and a placement assignment and vendor number. Payment is due by Monday, March 16th to secure your space. Set-up information will be provided to accepted vendors.
