Vendor Set-up: 9am – 10am
Vendors are asked to be ready for customers when the fair opens at 10:00am.
Vendor Hours: 10am – 3pm
All vendors will be onsite and operational during the full May Fair.
Vendor Clean-up: 3pm – 5pm
Vendors will have all items removed no later than 5pm. All garbage will be properly discarded in CWS dumpsters located in the parking lot on Farragut.
