There’s fun for every age throughout the day! Step into a day of fun and play with candle dipping and decorating, gnome gnook crafting, silk dyeing, card making, and more.
Enjoy classic games like Dragon Toss, Lotería, and Dreidel, or take a moment to relax in our Quiet Room. From Children’s House activities to quiet play games and the annual raffle, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

The Main Stage in our auditorium will feature live musical performances throughout the day, bringing festive energy to every corner of the fair.
And there’s more! Don’t miss our Early Childhood Puppet Plays—an exciting treat for our youngest visitors!

Alumni are invited to stop by the Alumni Room to see what special holiday treat awaits this year! Reconnect with beloved teachers, catch up with fellow alumni, and share in the festive spirit together.

Holiday Fair Crafting Group
Crafting group will meet every Tuesday from 10/20 - 12/8 After drop-off from 8-10am in the CWS Community Room. Join fellow parents and caregivers for fun, relaxing Tuesday morning crafting sessions, helping to make Children’s House “treasures” for Holiday Fair. Come to one Tuesday or all, stay as long as you’re able, no experience necessary, ALL ARE WELCOME!!
Holiday Fair Handwork Group with Mrs Holdrege
Volunteers are invited to drop in to the 2nd floor Handwork Room on any Fridays to sew/knit/crochet as we create items to be sold at the CWS Market at the Holiday Fair.

Waldorf Recycles is a resale shop of gently used Waldorf goods at the Holiday Fair. Bring donations to the school reception area on the designated drop off MONDAYS.
Drop Off Mondays include November 2, November 9, November 16, November 30, and December 7
Gently used goods accepted:
Waldorf toys (natural materials, simple, open-ended, magical)
Books (Children’s, Teen, Parenting)
Games and puzzles (all pieces intact)
Instruments (working)
Clean arts and craft supplies (especially yarn, knitting or crochet supplies, fabric)
Clean youth rain and winter gear (jackets, boots, pants)
Clean youth play dress-up clothes
Items NOT accepted: Other clothes, housewares, items with media characters
Other winter clothing should be donated to the CWS Thrift Store

The High School Sustainability Club is again hosting the Holiday Fair Thrift Store!
Please bring your gently used, clean items to the lobby on Mondays, starting on November 2nd, and place them in the bin marked “Thrift Store”.
We are looking for donations of:
Adult and kids WINTER CLOTHING—long sleeve shirts, sweaters, pants, holiday/party clothes, etc.—NOT outerwear
Adult and Kids Shoes/Boots
Accessories/Jewelry
Empty paper shopping bags and hangers for setup
Last donation day is Monday, November 30th.
