Terms *

1. All fees and fee deadlines are as indicated above. Payment instructions will be given upon acceptance. Fee can be paid via credit card only. No cash or checks are accepted. 2. Vendor applications are due by the deadline indicated above. Late applications are not accepted. 3. CWS will not provide electrical power. Generators are not permitted. There is no elevator and stairs are required to ascend/descend. 4. Food Vendors are required to use only compostable materials to their distribute food; Alternatively, Food Vendors are welcome to use compost and/or reusable products supplied by the school. 5. By tabling at CWS Holiday Fair, Vendors agree to being assigned table space inside of the school, including, but not limited to a space on flooring made of wood, carpeting, linoleum, cement, etc. 6. Selling merchandise depicting media-related images is not acceptable. CWS reserves the right to determine vendors/products that will best fit our community.
