Vendor Set-Up: Friday, December 12, 3:45pm - 5pm
Vendors are welcome to set up the day before the Fair from 3:45pm - 5pm, or the day of the Fair at 9am. There will be no early or late set-up.
Vendors may use the CWS parking lot, accessed from the alley, if spaces are available, or park along Foster or Ashland, observing all regulations on City of Chicago parking signs.
All vendors must enter through the main entrance located through our Foster Ave park.
Vendors must be able to fully load-in and load-out their own items.
Vendor Hours: Saturday, December 13, 10am – 3pm
All vendors will be onsite and operational during the full Fair. You may enter at 9am on Saturday.
Vendor Clean-up: 3pm – 5pm
Vendors will have all items removed no later than 5pm.
Please Note: CWS will not provide set-up support the day before or the day of Holiday Fair. CWS will provide one 8-foot table, but you may bring up to 2 additional tables up to 8-feet.
